BCU 3* Canoe & kayak
The three star is designed for the individuals to show that they have reached an intermediate level of kayaking. In order to demonstrate this you will need to be able to perform all basic strokes to a satisfactory level including turning whilst on the move, moving sideways both static and on the move, supporting the boat, edging to assist turning, deep water rescues and to start developing the basics of Eskimo rolling.
